Marketing Director, Louise Tapia says "We are excited to be working for the Hollywood based company, and more importantly are thrilled that our service level has met with their high expectations. 

In the run up to the first shoot, our IT team liaised closely with them to develop a workflow that would fit perfectly with theirs, and our Ops team created a bespoke transcription format and carried out specific training with our transcribers so that the transcripts would meet with their exact requirements.  The result has been a finely tuned successful operation.
