  Take 1's translation department has grown, with our valued clients now increasingly relying on us for translations to and from over 66 languages. We have been busy translating recorded interviews, press releases, contributor release forms, movie featurettes, scripts of TV dramas and much more.

• Take 1 Logs Hours of Euro 2008 Footage for UEFA03/07/2008

  We have been busy logging the European 2008 Football Championship for UEFA, hosted this year in Austria and Switzerland. This includes all matches, plus hundreds of hours of non-match footage. We have worked closely with UEFA to produce a bespoke logging technique specifically aimed at "tagging" the corporate sponsors who endorse this event.

• Take 1 Delivers from Russia (with Love, and in Hours!)15/04/2008

  A digital media file of an interview with Mikhail Gorbachev was uploaded from Moscow direct to our FTP site; the 60 minute interview was transcribed and the script emailed back to Moscow that same afternoon.

• Take 1 Facilitates Speedy Transcription for UK Iraq Commission15/04/2008

  The Foreign Policy Centre (FPC), in partnership with Channel 4, has facilitated a UK Iraq Commission, an independent, cross-party Commission that will produce recommendations on the future of Britain's role in Iraq. Take 1 transcribed 8 full days of filming on a fast turnaround from digital media files uploaded to our FTP site.
