There are many Caroline’s of the office, but there’s only one Cazz! Cazz makes taking bookings and checking scripts an art form, never breaking a sweat in the process. If you’re a client or a typist, you’re bound to have come across her cheery voice and helpful demeanour over the phone; she makes the whole booking process so easy, it (almost) starts to look simple (it’s not!).

David Rodgers – AV Technician

David is the office ‘Yes’ man. Anything you need and David is your guy. He may be an AV Technician but he is always more than happy to help typists and clients alike with any issues they have, as well as playing an integral part in keeping up the office morale. If you see David at his desk, he is likely to be transcoding one of the many files we receive daily for the typists.

When he’s not hard at work transcribing and translating, Luciano likes to play the ukulele-like “cavaquinho” to his son, Mateo.

Rebecca Simpson – Production Coordinator

Rebecca, better known as Bec, brings a level head and a dry, Aussie sense of humor to the US Production team.
